TERMS OF ENROLMENT & INJURY POLICY

INJURY POLICY
I acknowledge that dancing is an active sport in which there is an inherent risk of injury. While great care is taken to provide a safe dance environment, my child participates in dance lessons at his or her own risk. I am aware that neither the teacher nor the studio can be held liable should an injury occur before, during or after classes.

GENERAL TERMS
1. Enrolment is confirmed after payment of $50 non-refundable deposit. This will be credited to term fees.
2. Balance of fees is due and payable in full prior to commencing lessons. Otherwise, the student's place is not secured and tuition may be refused.
3. Special arrangements may be made in exceptional circumstances.
4. A students will not be permitted to re-enrol when any payment from previous years is outstanding.
5. Fees for children and teens are TERM FEES ONLY. No refunds will be made in respect to withdrawal from lessons, including if you withdraw your enrolment prior to lessons commencing.
6. No refunds will be given for failure to attend lessons.
7. If the payment of your fees is not made on or before the due date, you would be liable for late payment fees and collection costs.

PUBLICITY RELEASE

I hereby give permission to Melbourne School of Classsical Dance to take photographs, film, or videos of my child for the exclusive use of MSCD. I consent to the use of such materials and/or the use of my child's name for MSCD's promotional purposes such as marketing brochures, posters, fliers, video and website by Melbourne School of Classical Dance, its programs and productions without compensation to the student. Such media will not be passed on to any 3rd party without my consent.
